Fresh Pear Pie
I enjoyed this recipe, but if i had to choose between this or apple, i'd choose apple. I used asian pears - maybe that is where i went wrong? Although I thought they were perfect because they remained firm while cooking. I would make this again with double the sugar mixture.

Grilled Pork Chops with Balsamic Caramelized Pears

Baked Spaghetti I
Delicious! The only substitution i made was Cream of Chicken soup for the Mushroom soup. - the flavour was so distributed throughout the dish that I don't think this was a crucial substitution. I love the addition of canned tomatoes to this recipe.
