This recipe was yummy. I think that if I were to make it again I would not bake it for 40 minutes. The shells were a little crispy. I guessed and put the oven at 350 since it was not noted on the recipe. Also I will put tomatoes on top next time!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These muffins were a hit! I made some changes to the topping like mentioned in some of the other reviews. However, I think the next time I make them I will just omitt the topping all together. They also freeze well.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

This recipe was amazing. I have been trying to find a recipe that I could freeze and then just thaw out in the mornings for my daughter. All the other recipes that I made were VERY dry once thawed. This one is wonderful! Just as moist as the day they were made. They taste so good too!
