I am a grandmother and I love to cook until recently i didn't have enough time to do the things that I enjoyed. Such as cooking, other than a quick meal for myself. and Cooking for 1 just doesn't inspire me. I have 5 children and they are all on their own now,so I have decided to make meals that they can freeze and eat when they want to.
My favorite things to cook
Wow how do I pick just one thing to cook as a favorite. I guess it would have to be one of my casseroles. And I have many....the problem is the recipes are all in my head, and they feed 6 or more persons.

Making holiday treats with my children. The way my grandmother did with my sisters & I.

cream pies from scratch.
My cooking tragedies
pie crusts are not something I take lightly. and mine seldom turn out the 1st time. It ususally takes me 4 tries to get it right. And what doesn't turn out goes in the trash. even the dog won't eat it. LOL
