Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
Wow!!! Best thing that my crockpot has ever turned out! Super moist and tender. I followed other members suggestions and added 2 tbs. of liquid smoke. In addition to the liquid smoke I stuffed some garlic slivers into the pork butt, added BBQ sauce, dried onion, and a dash of vinegar. I rubbed the pork with Rudy's dry rub as well. I also basted the pork throughout. All in all, it was divine. Thank you, Sarge!
