Mom's Ginger Snaps
I'm not sure what I did wrong, I followed the directions exactly, except that I undercooked them. They still managed to be burned even though I cooked them less than the time stated, and they were incredibly oil-y even after they had baked. Edit 11/6: I rate these with two stars if they're made as stated. After adding 3/4 to 1 cup of flour, vanilla, and extra spices, they were very good. Otherwise they are incredibly oily.

Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
I'm giving this 4 stars because I made some changes, but the finished cookie was very good. I cut the recipe in half, but kept the raspberries the same. I added about 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and about 3 tbs of raspberry jam. I used milk chocolate chips instead of vanilla because that was what I had. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I also used shortening instead of butter, because I didn't have enough butter. With these changes the cookie was very good. It was more cake-like than chewy, but I prefer cake-y cookies so it wasn't an issue. Will definitely be making these again :)

Chocolate Crinkles II
I made this today and they were amazing! I halved the recipe because I didn't have enough flour, didn't add any vanilla extract because I had none, and added 2/3 cup of chocolate chips and they were SO good :D I think I ended up baking them for about 15-16 minutes because they were SO soft, but I still took them out when they were very soft and they cooled to be crunchy on the outside and super chewy on the inside. Will definitely make these again! :)
