i love to eat more than anyone i have ever met. really. i like to cook things that are simple but fun! making tamales in my mom's small kitchen...with the women of the family gathered around the table folding tamales and gossiping. i make killer scrambled eggs. people always laugh at me when i say this, but they are really amazing. when people have them they always comment that they are the best eggs they've ever had. i can't make mac & cheese from scratch to save my life! the sauce always comes out too thin or too think :( help!
