First time ever preparing a curry dish. I'm always looking for different things to change up our dinner routine - this is a great addition to our repertoire. Like some of the other reviewers suggested, I substituted coconut milk for the milk, and crushed tomatoes for the tomato soup. I also added raisins. My husband was impressed, so that's all I can ask for! My four year old wouldn't touch it, but that was expected (good thing I had back-up chicken nuggets). All in all, it was a good recipe to change things up a bit.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

I'm not really sure how this recipe recieved such high marks across the board - I was expecting something specacular! I agree with the review by MISSMOON. Although, I will say if you're having a chocolate craving - it is chocolate. It severely lacked any depth. The flavor was flat. I thought maybe you could add a little salt to help it, but never bothered to try it again, so I can't tell you if that would've helped or not. All things considered, if you're having a cocolate craving, go look for another recipe.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

This recipe was ok. I added my own changes and made them great! I reduced the white sugar to 1/2 c, and added 3/4 c brown sugar. You really could do equal parts white and brown sugar. Also, to make them a little chewy-er, I use equal parts butter and vegetable shortening.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but they came out too cake-y. I think the recipe probably has too much flour. I tried this recipe for a change of pace from my traditional one which calls for 2 and 1/4 cups of flour. I think I'll stick to my recipe next time.
