I am a 21 year old with a love but very limited knowledge of food. I only know what I have managed to teach myself or have watched on the various cooking shows I watch daily (I'm kind of a nerd like that). I also have a deep passion for animal rights and I'm currently studying to become an Animal Health Technologist. I love to cook seafood and anything on a grill. I also love to bake anything sweet, especially cookies. My mom cooks the same Christmas cookies every year. It's something everyone looks forward to! Two years ago I cooked an entire Christmas feast for my family. It was, by far, the proudest moment of my cooking career. I baked my dad a cake for his birthday this year. It was a delicious sounding marble cake that I had iced perfectly. Unfortunately, the cake turned out to be almost completely inedible, but it looked great. Oh well, it's the thought that counts!
