Baking is my joy. I think my favorite thing to make right now are sweetbreads like Tea Bread, Pound Cake, etc Everything I have tried baking this past year, since I've started baking seriously again, has turned out excellent. When I was a little girl I decided to make biscuits. Unfortunately I used a tablespoon of baking soda rather than a teaspoon and they ended up rock hard. >.> The other incident I remember was when my sister and I decided to double the recipie for peanut butter cookies and made so many that we were eating them for a month. Oddly enough I'm not a huge fan of them anymore :P
