Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
We also fried this one. My husband loved it, which says a lot, but I thought it was a bit bland---next time I will use more cajun spices. The sauce was OK.

Sourdough Bread I
Mine didn't rise at all. Not the first time and not the second time. I really think that you need to add yeast, especially with a mature starter.

Jamaican Rice
Excellent Recipe. It was very unique and great with Jerk Chicken. I used chicken broth instead of the water and brown sugar instead of molasses. Really unique flavors!
