Rempel Family Meatloaf

I chose this recipe since it was so close to how I make mine...only problem, since I was winging it, some days it was good, some days just ok. Thankfully now it is awesome everytime!! Great Recipe, only change I made is that I use the Beefy Onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce instead of steak sauce and it gives it a really great flavor!

TV's Grits Casserole

I have been making this recipe for many years and it is always a hit!! I get asked for the recipe any time I bring it to a breakfast. Only thing I do different is 1/2 cup each of bell pepper, onion and celery and maybe a little more cheese because I love cheese!! Don't let the soup throw you off, it gives the flavor depth. YUMMY!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

I love this recipe!! This is one of my "go to" grilled shrimp recipes because I always have the ingredients in the house. Only thing I have left out is the parsley and I don't seem to miss it.
