Slow Cooker Chicken and Sausage Chili
This was great. The only changes I made was I used whole chicken breasts and then cut them up very fine. I also cooked it for five hours on high, straight through, rather than changing the temp at certain times. I just don't have time for all that. I also put everything in the slow cooker at the same time, rather than spaced out. With these changes, and served on rice, it was splendid!

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa
This was really good. I served it on top of rice. Instead of two cups of ketchup, I only added one and then added three bay leaves, some rice vinegar (just a splash), sliced garlic and more worcestshire. I also browned the kielbasa before putting in the cooker and then cooked it for an hour and a half. It was heavenly!

Glazed Pork Tenderloin
This was ok. I think next time I make this, I will marinate it for a few hours. It just didn't jump out at me.
