Maple Sandwich Cookies
great and easy recipe I choose to use an extra 1/4 tsp of maple extract otherwise the cookies themselves can kind of over power the cream flavour. Cookies stay nice and chewy. Just remember to remove the cookies from the sheet while warm.

Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread
this recipe is easy and comes out fine. As far as other people's comments as to this not turning out like true soda bread, I really don't know anything about that, but the bread is delicious and sweet.
