Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes
Delicious! Used turkey kielbasa instead, definitly saved on the fat and had no problem with grease either. Used olive oil instead of veg. oil, added onion and fresh garlic when sauteing potatoes and kielbasa. Potatoes a little mushy but tastey!
