Banana Praline Muffins
Best ever! I added a 1/4 tsp vanilla, dash of cinnamon to the mix. Omitted the nuts in the topping- we don't like nuts in bread! And I baked it into bread. Its was fabulous! Perfectly moist with gooey topping!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins
Very Yummy! I was a little concerned with the consistency when I was mixing so I added 1 egg white and about 1/2c water. I used 1/2 TBSP pumpkin pie spice instead of each of the other spices. I baked them in mini bundt pans and then placed them on top of eachother to make pumpkin shapes! Cute and very yummy!
