I have made turkey breast in the crockpot before and it has turned out delicious. I have not used the onion soup mix, but a combination of spices that I would use if I were cooking it in the oven. I am a nurse and this year I have to work on Thanksgiving as well as cook. I think I will do the crockpot turkey breast with the onion soup. I can't go wrong!

This is a make again. My kids loved it and there were no left overs. I did make one substitution and that was to use smoked cheese only because I had an abundance of it after a graduation party. It gave the recipe a slight smoked flavor and was absolutely delicious.
