This recipe was delicious! I wouldn't love cooking if I didn't add my own spin on it. To start, the following ingredients I did NOT use were, Ground Allspice, Red Potatoes, and Fresh Parsley. In their place, I used 2 tsp. dried parsley, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (although fresh garlic would taste better!), 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder, 1 tsp. Pepper, and 4 small brown potatoes, also shredded.
Now, in the instructions it will tell you to divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, you can honestly choose whatever size you want to roll out. I was able to make 7 pies from this recipes, and they were still pretty big. Will absolutely make again!
