This recipe was a favorite for my husband right away. A few changes I made (only b/c I was limited to what I had on hand) was using 2 Skinless Chicken Breasts, and cutting them into cubes. Broccoli was substitued for the sun dried tomatoes,and I sprinkled about 1 tsp. of garlic powder when carmelizing the onions. I was able to cook this entire meal (minus the penne pasta) in one large frying pan. No baking needed which was a plus. I would absolutely make this again!
