So sinfully good and easy. A great fast dinner for a working mom with two picky eaters. I served the chicken with a couscous blend from Trader Joe's called Harvest Grains Blend (it's couscous, Orzo, baby garbanzo, and quinoa). It tasted fabulous together, and the healthy quality of the couscous blend made me feel less guilty about all that sour cream and cream soup in the sauce!

Delicious and moist cake, made exactly as written. Just like grandma used to make when I was a kid! I tried this recipe the first time for a Memorial Day potluck, and have made it several times since then for gatherings. The only negative is that there are never any leftovers to bring home (much to my husband's disappointment).
