First of all I refridgerated for longer then the suggested hour, roughly 12 hours or overnight if you wish and I had a heck of a time with the dough, it was dry and crumbly ( don't know where it went wrong :( ) But I stuck with it and was able to roll it in small pieces, I got 30 little gingerbread men as specified but I wasn't impressed with the taste, not sweet at all almost bitter :( Hopefully adding some icing in the morning will do something for the flavor, I was going to give these away as Christmas presents but now I'd be too embarassed for the lack of taste.... hopefully I can find someone to eat them, will not be making again, sorry, I'm glad though that others had success, these just weren't my cup of tea.... UPDATE: These actually turned out really well and I would like to retract my previous review, the next day after I decorated them they got rave reviews from everyone even my picky three year old who eats nothing, I did end up giving them away as gifts and now I have to make more ginger"boys" as my son has requested, hopefully the dough will work out better for me next time
