I am a 23 yr old. mom to Mateo and wife to Emmanuel. I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mom and I love spending all my free time with my son. Dominican food such as pollo guisado, moro de habichuelas, white rice and beans, gandules, mangu, sancocho, ect. I also love to make Italian food and southern food. My grandmother loves to cook as much as I do. She makes great cabbage rolls and pot roast. My mother made great corned beef with cabbage and potaotes, a great pasta sauce recipe that took her all day to make.
