Butterscotch Bread Pudding
Holy cow!! I am a bread pudding SNOB and this takes the cake! (or pudding if you will) Yes, it is on the sweet side but it is awesome. I made it with one less cup milk (actually I used 2 cups 1% and 1 cup half and half) and it was a little firmer. Added a half tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg and substituted choco chips for butterscotch and it turned out fantastic. Topped it with a rum sauce recipe from this site and WOW! Thank you for sharing!! Can't wait to make it for more then just my husband and I.
