I don't cook seafood a lot, but this caught my eye & I was not disappointed. It was quick & easy to make & it tasted delicious! I will definately be making this one again!

These were great! I love Tex-Mex, and living in Southern California it is impossible to find Tex-Mex anywhere! So I was glad to find this recipe. I despise soft corn tortillas, they fall apart & they taste unfinished (like someone forgot to cook them.) So I was glad to see a recipe that called for flour tortillas. This recipe was easy to make, very tasty & I had leftovers for the next couple of days. I would definately make this again if I had a gathering of people, as it could be made beforehand & popped in the oven!

I loved this. I don't know what I was expecting, but I love pumpkin & I make almost everything with ground turkey, so it sounded perfect. I did alter one thing & added black beans as suggested by another reviewer. I thought the spicing was great. My boyfriend didn't even know there was pumpkin in it. It was a little thick, but not in a bad way. A surefire hit!
