Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
I made this according to the recipe, but did make some slits in the tenderloin and inserted slivers of a couple of extra cloves of garlic. My brother-in-law, my son, and my hubby thought it was WONDERFUL! I didn't eat here tonight, but will be partaking of the leftovers tomorrow night.

Fresh Tomato Shrimp Pasta
Such a nice change for pasta! The sauce is light and clean tasting, rather than heavy and overwhelming. I didn't have fresh oregano and used 1 Tbs. dried instead; worked just fine. Also, I used the frozen 30-40/lb. shrimp and put them into the sauce at the same time I put in the spinach. All came out perfectly cooked and lovely. Hubby says this is a keeper!

Julia's Hot Cross Buns
These Hot Cross Buns are absolutely wonderful. We will most likely enjoy them year round instead of just at Easter.
