Sooo Easy! But Do Add extra Cilantro And 1 Or 2 Fresh Chilis. I Strained Off Some Juice (Good Idea but save it)I Will Not Buy "Store Bought" Ever again. -Hornblower

Two Very Important things To Remember .. 1- DO NOT FORGET Which Pan Has The TOP Layer In It. 2- Place Pineapple down before coconut layer. As you see in the photo, the pineapple tends to disappear. AWESOME Recipe However! -Hornblower

The Pork Pulled apart Perfectly. You really Need a Great BBQ Sauce To Add to The Meat once You Remove It From The Broth. On A Soft Roll With Coleslaw On Top ... Yummo

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Wonderful Crescendo Of Flavor! I Made A Herb butter with rosemary and Garlic To Put Under The Skin. I Also Used Chicken Broth. I Rotated The Bird Half Way Through For Even Cooking. Standing "O"
