Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
This was the HIT of the July 4th celebration. I cooked for 7 hours then transferred, in foil, to charcoal grill for 30 minutes. I used indirect heat and the added smokey flavor was the perfect touch. I used 1 cup "Sweet Baby Rays" BBQ sauce to hold it together.
