Balsamic Cream Sauce
Ummm....Soooo GOOD!!! I sauteed fresh mushrooms and garlic with the butter and oil and left out the chicken bouillon b/c I didn't have any. Used half and half instead of heavy cream and it turned out GREAT!!! Served over spinach and cheese tortellini with a side of garlic grilled chicken. Yum!!!

Easy White Chicken Enchiladas
Very rich, but VERY Good! Used fat free/light everything but otherwise made as directed. Delish!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
Sooooo.....good! Followed the recipe exactly with one minor change...Didn't have fresh lemon juice so I substituted lemon pepper instead. Superb!
