Chicken Tikka Masala
Really very good, even for an awful cook like me. First, I had an cinnamon accident and dumped way too much in marinading the meat, then I burned the garlic, pepper, and spices with the butter. But even with the two mishaps, the dish was still delicious. My husband is very picky, and even he really liked it. I took everyone's advise and skipped the salt. DON'T NEED SALT. Also, I didn't need all the chicken. Since we like it with a lot of sauce like in our favorite Indian restaurant, there was 1/4 of the chicken left. Guess I'll wash off the spices and give it to our doggies!
