WARNING: If you use too many blueberries OR they are moist, it will hinder the baking of your batter. The muffins will look golden brown on top, but when you break them open, the insides will not be done.

These were so simple to make! (No baking!) Plus, I got rid of some leftover marshmallows and chow mien noodles (who knew this would be a tasty combination!) I made some with white chocolate and a nut-cranberry mix. It turned out well :) For chewier texture, through in the marshmallows with 15 secs left on the melting chocolate. It makes it gooey, but soft.

I took Angele's advice and added more flour and oats. However, I think it made them too dry/crumbly. I do suggest putting the bars in a 9" square pan. These would be REALLY delicious drizzled with some cream cheese icing!
