Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
I adore potato salad! I could never quite make it as good as my Mom makes but with this recipe, I can! I think it was the addition of vinegar. I doubled the recipe and added 6 hard boiled eggs. I also added some diced up dill pickles (because the men in my house love them). I peeled and chopped up my potatoes before boiling them. That way I didn't have to worry about some potatoes being done before others. They all cooked evenly and then I let them cool before mixing in the pre mixed dressing. Thanks for a great recipe.
