Cheesecake Brownies

These were good, but didn't quite taste like Cheesecake, still good though, I think next time I'll try to find an actual cheesecake recipe and put that on top.

My husband and I both love biscuits and have been eating them most of our lives, we tried these with Sausage Gravy, and were not impressed, I cooked these to exact specs, with the exception of brushing some light butter on top. They were Hard, Flat and tasteless, I thought something might be wrong when it didn't include any sugar, which both his grandma and mine's recipes contain. But as we didn't have their exact recipes we thought we'd try one from the internet, very disappointed, I think I'll be calling my grandma to get her recipe instead.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

My husband and I both thought this was a bit strange, just didn't taste quite right. I don't know maybe we'll try again, but maybe we'll try a different recipe.

Quiche Lorraine I

Very Good as is, only thing was I had to bake it for more like 50 mins once I turned it down, and I had cheddar cheese instead of swiss, I also fried up the onions w/ some garlic first as I like fried onions, is fantastic. But for my husband's tastes it a little too soft, I think next time, I'll add more eggs less cream.

Birthday Bones

Based on my doggies opinion these get five stars, I gave him half of one to try them out, then grabbed the other half. He started doing tricks without even being asked. He got up on his hind legs and put his paws out. Needless to say he loved them.

Easy Granola Bars

Very good, but alot of the condensed milk kind of ended up settling at the bottom, has kind of a white top coat, maybe I just didn't stir enough. Also I think I will try tweaking the fillings as these made by recipe are a little too sweet for me. Will make many times again though.

Potato Chips

WOW is all I can say, I was looking for a way to make homemade potato chips, I never thought about using the microwave. It was so easy I got right up and tried them, took me about two mins prep and 7 mins cooking. They were gone in one min. My husband is making more right now. GREAT RECIPE.

Easy Roasted Pork

Scottish Shortbread IV

This recipe was very good although next time I think I will take the "Cookie" shape some people suggest as it was very hard to knead kept having to add more and more flour which made cookies taste a little floury. Also I think I like more traditional white sugar shortbread a little better, but I'm not a big fan of the molasses taste.
