Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I know there are only so many ingredients and combinations that can make "chocolate chip cookies." So as I re-read the recipe, I can't figure out why these are so great and so perfect. I have tried making great c.c. cookies for years and I think I've finally found my recipe. These are not as cake-like as other reviewers made them sound. They spread out just right on my pan. Delicious, only wish I had doubled the recipe!!

Kids Favorite Meatloaf
This was wonderful, and aptly named. I think what makes it kid-friendly is the absence of onion. Onion powder is probably more palatable to kids. It also is slightly sweet, so if you prefer a more savory meatloaf, you may not like this one. But we all thoroughly enjoyed it and will add it to our "meatloaf repertoire."

Salisbury Steak
I typically don't review a recipe if I change it at all, but I felt like my idea could help someone else. I was extremely short on time, so I used cubed sirloin steaks that were already made into "steaks". I seasoned the outside with Montreal Steak seasoning and then grilled each one on my Foreman grill. Then I proceeded with the recipe as provided. It was delicious and I love the sauce it makes, especially over mashed potatoes. Definitely tastes better than it sounds like it will. Try it!
