Zucchini Brownies
This didn't work at all. Every review said that the dry batter would become moist when I added zucchini. This did NOT happen. I used frozen (thawed) zucchini which may have had a little to do with it, but we're talking REALLY dry. I had to add eggs, butter and milk just to save this!
