Stuffed Green Peppers I
Absolutely our favorite stuffed pepper recipe. Also great with zucchini instead of green peppers (slice one side off, lengthwise and scoop out the center with a spoon). I used 1 can of tomato soup instead of 2, added some oregano and basil, and added a bit more cheese on top. Bon appetit!
