My beef jerky (made from London broil) has some true addicts who will beg and plead until they get more. Fondue (beef or Swiss cheese) or Raclette for special occasions. Rolled and stuffed pork loin roast. Has surpassed stack and spinach pinwheels as my "WOW" dish. Trying to improvise a Caesar salad dressing without egg (for a dinner party)... used champagne vinegar *and* lemon juice. I should have used one or the other, but not both! I squint just thinking about how sour it was!
