Sopapilla Cheesecake

If I could give this recipe any more stars I would. This is simply the best recipe ever! I made this recipe for my co-workers with one particular co-worker in mind and now my department requests this on a weekly basis. One coworker asked me for the reicipe and made it for another department at the hospital that I work at and they loved and have since passed the recipe on. this is truely a great recipe. thank you.

Oven Brown Rice

Good flavor however, the rice did not cook all the way through it was still crunchy. will make again needs to cook a little longer.

If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would.This is sooooo good. too spicy for the kids though. Hubby loves this one.I highly recommend this recipe.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This cheesecake was very good, even my father loved it and he is very picky about cheesecake. However, I did not like the crust, I don't know what I did wrong. I think I will add some sugar and more butter and It would be perfect. with changes made to the crust this is the best cheesecake that I had. even better than cheesecake factory.
