If I could give this recipe any more stars I would. This is simply the best recipe ever! I made this recipe for my co-workers with one particular co-worker in mind and now my department requests this on a weekly basis. One coworker asked me for the reicipe and made it for another department at the hospital that I work at and they loved and have since passed the recipe on. this is truely a great recipe. thank you.

Good flavor however, the rice did not cook all the way through it was still crunchy. will make again needs to cook a little longer.
