Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
A really great recipe and easy to put together! I was looking for a quick "the-family-is-coming-over-and-I-haven't-gone-grocery-shopping" rescue recipe and this was it! I did not add the pimentos, green peppers or white wine, didn't have them on hand. I did add a can of cream of chicken soup and fresh mushrooms. I also had a small box of stewed tomatos that I added. It fit in a 9x13 and I barely had any left! Tasted Italian with a twist!! I recommend it to anyone with finicky kids - my neice asked for seconds!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
FANTASTIC! I'd lost my very simple recipe and went on the hunt for something similar. This has more ingredients than my 'old' recipe - but was not hard to put together. And the flavor was amazing! I added a dash of nutmeg to the chicken as it browned, and then across the plate just before serving, and no one noticed it wasn't my old recipe!! It does produce a LOT of sauce, but I put the sauce in the fridge (no noodles involved) and we had it again 2 nights later. It reheated on the stove top nicely and tasted just as good (my husband said 'even better')as it did the first night. Anyone who wants to impress - this dish will definately get results!!
