I am a 21 year old Graphic Designer by trade, whos love for cooking grows each and every dish I make. I try and cook as much as possible, but with a full time job it's hard to find the time to do everything I want to do. My favorites include Chili, Omeletes, Stir Fry, Baked Chicken and anything BBQ I think the only tradition we really have is Pineapple Ham at Christmas time. My most recent would have to be making a budget batch of Chili on a tight time limit, I only had a few hours to go to the grocery, prepare ingredients, and present the final piece to my girlfriend, and to much delight it came out beautiful, full of flavor and not too spicy! ...three words...Fried Chicken Batter..nuff said.
