Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I hate fish. However, my husband does not, and I love him so much I was willing to take one for the team and try this recipe out. The outcome...I still hate fish. BUT, if I did like fish, I would eat it like this. The cheese dressing was delicious. My husband really liked it. I think anyone who enjoys eating fish will like this recipe. And anyone who does not, will enjoy scrapping off the topping like I did. I did omit the lemon juice and I added garlic powder as I would put that on ice cream if I could. All in all, this is easy, quick, and worth a shot. The only down side is...it's fish.
