I am an EX Officer's wife of 20+ years. I had to prepare at a moments notice dinners for 6 or more. I loved it when I was only dealing with my favorite dish, Lasagna. I love to bake pies, cookies and bread. I just started using my Breadman Breadmaker and it's a blast. Now I'm divorced and happy. My family and friends like my Lasagna and apple pies. In my Breadman I turned 4 cups of flour and yeast into a discus being tossed across the street to feed the squirrels. I've gotten better at making bread since.
