I just turned 30 and since the beginning of this year, I've been working on eating healthier (mostly smaller portions) to help get in shape before my birthday. Still a work in progress. I recently joined an organic produce buying club: so now I'm cooking more to try to ensure none of this great food goes to waste! both of my parents were excellent cooks, something my brother and I both picked up. my dad always made amazing salads - I'm trying to carry on in his tradition. my mom was the baker and I definitely get that from her.
