Garlic Dill New Potatoes
YUM!!! Love these. I've made a similar one for years with fresh or dried parsley, the dill is great too! Even my BF's family who generally take starch to mean sticky white rice (bleh) love these. Thanks!

Honey-Glazed Carrots
LOVE these! I make a really similar dish, I make the sauce with butter, brown sugar & honey until its all bubbly and brown and yum, then add the carrots to that. Totally unbelieveable. Simple, cheap, fast, good with sweet or savory. I'm thinking since someone was saying it was too sweet for them, about maybe using roasted garlic.... not sure how I'd blend that in but it seems like it may work out.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Loved it!! I cook for a family of 10 regularly, and it can be hard to find something everyone likes. This was sooo good, we were lucky a neighbor blessed us with fresh mahimahi and I had to use it right away. Made the marinade how recipe asked, and realized we had more fish than sauce... so I added another big glug of shoyu/soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, tripled the garlic & ginger, and some crushed red pepper. Followed recipe for cooking, it was beautiful, the outside nicely crisped w/ high heat, the inside tender & moist and very flavorful. Still needed a lil more sauce, so I chopped up a little fresh pineapple, with juice, juice of 1 lime, 1 orange, 1 tbsp brown sugar, salt, pepper, more fresh ginger, and 2 dashes hot sauce. Boiled it, poured it on top the fish after cooking....magnifico!
