Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Simple and utterly awesome! Even my kids can make these! I did add a little vanilla and baked for 10 min at 350. Perfect!!

Amish Casserole
An absolute favorite! (The second time)I used cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken, grated cheddar, 1/2 the sugar, and mixed everything all together. Awesome. Even my kid who hates hamburger anything ATE IT ALL! Thanks!
