i might be young, but i've been cooking since i was four. I only say i'm a good cook because i've been doing it my whole lie and love it. I can cook almost anything, and i also have the palette to know off hand what to add and what not to add(seasoning wise). I also make everything from scratch. I don't cheat, its very rare for me to do so. I think its boring to use ready made things.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook everything. I will usually pick a certain thing to focus on for a few months that i haven't really made before.
My cooking triumphs
My best triumph so for is making bread. Actual yeast bread that takes anywhere between 3-7 hours to make.
My cooking tragedies
My one true tragedy is Rice Pilaf. I have tried to make it three times, and it has alwaays been horrible.
