Bacon-Topped Meat Loaf

So yummy! My other half had never had meatloaf and wasn't that enthusiastic on trying it... However, he ate 4 portions out of the respective 6 that I had made! He absolutely loved it...

Pizza Dough I

Six Threes Ice Cream

The easiest and best ice cream I have ever made! It went down a storm... I made other flavours by adding melted chocolate, and made vanilla (cheated by just adding some vanilla essence/flavouring!

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

Very scrummy...but I did make a few adustments (added garlic, thyme, cream cheese instead of double cream and chicken stock instead of red wine). If you put a cup of boiling water into the bottom of the roasting dish it helps the peppers to steam cook and they turn out juicy... No basting required!
