Buttermilk Pancakes II
After reading the reviews, I was astonished that my family and I found this recipe to be heavy and eggish. More like a crepe. They liked it, but said the mixes I bought in the past were better. I will try it again with less egg, milk and more salt and baking soda and possibly vanilla.
