my parents disowned me after i burned down the house trying to steam muscles in wine when i was a boy. thanks for bringing it up.
My cooking triumphs
chef was sick, prep cook was on vacation.. i ran grill, fry, saute, pantry and expo alone. longest ticket time was 22 minutes. also the first time i made a beautiful loaf of bread i felt like jesus.
My cooking tragedies
they should make a solar powered kitchen timer. twenty-four duck leg quarters, dry and chewy.
