Famous Butter Chicken

A small twist on this recipe that kids will love! Out of crackers one time, so I used crushed cheddar cheese fish crackers with parmesan cheese. The kids named the dish "Fish Chicken."

Cheeseburger Soup I

This soup is so good and flavorful. It can be addicting. This is a staple at family and friend gatherings. Pair it with some fresh Italian bread and butter, and it will be gone!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This is really good. I used chicken cutlets as that was all I had. The chicken was very tender and the flavors of the swiss cheese, soup and croutons was tasty. I loved this recipe for its simplicity, flavor and importantly, that there is no need to add additional seasonings.
