This recipe turned out great and was super easy to make. I reduced the amount of sugar by 1/3 and I will do that when I make it again. I also added chunks of onion to the veggies. Great the first time and as leftovers.

Slow Cooker German-Style Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

This recipe was super easy and really yummy. My husband thought that it could use more sauerkraut - I don't think it would hurt. The meat was nice and moist and the potatoes were just right.

Beef and Vegetable Ragout

My husband and I loved this recipe! I did have two beef seasoning packets left from using the ramen noodles in a salad the day before that I used to make the beef broth, and I added more garlic. I will definitely make this again.
